Problem during BIOS update please help

Hi experts,

I need to know much about the Event Viewer and need to know the reason of the error.

I installed the BIOS update. But when I try to upgrade it from F.20 to F.21, all time the event 4 and 5 appeared.

Need your help.

Hi there!

The event indicates that the Operation System tried to match up or communicate with the hardware for managing various power options as set by the user. When the OS did this, the hardware did not respond as expected. The reason of this is that maybe there are bugs on the drivers or firmware or maybe not all the Windows power-related options are supported by the actual hardware. You can troubleshoot this kind of problem by updating your firmwares and chipset devices. This is the sole solution I have found out.

Error occurs on event viewer after logging in.
