Hello

I am using HMA software for my business. I have never faced this kind of error and now this error is coming, my job was closed all day. The error is:

LoadConfigFile error: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.. Retrying… Attempt 4 of 10…

Please help me to find out this error.

This error had been caused by an expired or invalid certificate, an time out error, or a TCP connection problem. If you are using Microsoft, you can try this step to solve the Problem. Locate the RsReportServer.config in the Secure Connection Level, change its value from 0 to 2. The in the Microsoft Management Console, add the certificate for accessing in the TRUSTED ROOT CERTIFICATION AUTHORITIES. You can also try to change the HTTPS protocol fromSSL to TLS (Transport Level Security). You should also make sure that you are using the latest version of .NET Framework.

Hi there user:

There is a problem occurred when you imported huge data while the connection is low or too low.

Click the Start and select Control Panel. From the Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools, and as well Internet Information Service Manager. On the Websites, try to expand. And then right-click the Default Website, then Properties. Now click the Website Tab. You will find the Connections portion, increase the seconds then click Ok.
