After the TERA finished the installation I got this error when I tried to open it. The installation was OK without any errors so I don’t know what could cause this error. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ? What is causing this ? How can I prevent this in the future ?

Hello,
It is a serious issue with TERA Launcher. Maybe you’ve recently installed a patch. This problem usually causes because of a patch assuming that the patch is corrupted. It deletes the original launcher and overwrites with a new launcher and makes such issue.
The first solution is to uninstall the patch and then install the TERA Launcher from the original setup file. Don’t install any patch.
Also, try to run TERA Launcher with administration privilege. Right-click on the shortcut and select “Run as administrator”.
You can also retrieve the older version of TERA Launcher. The older one is zipped inside the “TERA-Launcher.partial” file. Extract it and you’re free to replace the new one.
Your problem should disappear now.
