Hello,

I am facing a weird error message while I try to create a new account in Microsoft Outlook. To my knowledge, there is only one account right now in the computer. I am not a technical person to think out of box, please help me to fix the error and help me to sync my new account with Microsoft outlook. Your help is great. Thanks.

It is a very annoying issue because it makes using Outlook more boring. According to Microsoft, this is a bug that was integrated inside MS Office. In order to check the version of your MS Outlook,

  1. Open MS Outlook 2013.
  2. Go to File tab >> Office Account.
  3. Click “About Outlook”.

If your Outlook version is 15.0.4481.1000 or later, the hotfix is installed automatically. There is also another way to install the update manually. You have to download the update package for your MS Office version and deploy it.

Download the latest update and hotfix for MS Office. Then, restart your PC and see if your problem is solved.

It should disappear without any more issue.
