Microsoft Lync does not log me in but shows same message repeatedly

Hi guys, I am trying to use Microsoft Lync but it is not working on my computer.

I don’t know where the problem is or what steps I am missing to login into the application.

I enter my username and password when asks, it logs me in but shows nothing and after a few seconds I see this screen asking for credentials again.

I tried other users too but the same problem occurred.

Please help!

Try uninstalling Microsoft Lync and then install it back to fix any corrupted files in the installation and to restore its settings back to default including some that you might have customized. You may also try checking your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system.
