PC freezing when playing online game

I have an issue while playing online games on my PC. When I start the game, my PC frozes and I have to manually turn it off in order for me to get it working. When I use it for other things such as streaming and watching videos or general use, this does not happen. Also the fan gets loud when the PC freezes. Can I get help please?

The issue may be with the drivers for your computer graphic card.

Below are the steps, to update the drivers for your computer’s graphic card.

1. Click Start.

2. In the search box, type, Device Manager.

3. In the Device Manager window, click on the arrow pointing Display Adapters.

4. Select Properties by right clicking on the device.

5. Select Driver.

6. Select Update Drivers and click OK.

The changes will take place after restarting your system.
