I have encountered an issue with my Outlook 2007 as I cannot access my user accounts. An error message will pop up saying “Certificate date is expired or invalid”. Although, my Outlook 2010, 2003 and OWA does not encounter such issue. Please advise and thank you.

There are some possible causes of this type of error and before we proceed to a very complex solution, first, try checking your computer’s date and time. Most of the time this is the main cause of this error where the certificate date is being matched to your computer’s date and time. You might try restarting your computer after modifying the date and time, then you can check if it will work.
Another thing that you can check is the URL, make sure that you are using a valid URL for this may be the cause of the problem.
