Hi everybody,

I’ve noticed that there are two more new Flash-related technologies at Adobe Labs.

If someone needs the tools of the CS3/4 from flex, he can find this from PatchPanel Library.

I also attended Dr. Woohoo’s session at FOTB, here I noticed the early preview of these powerful tools.

For AIR applicants, Durango is a rapid prototyping tool which has some rough edges.

I need to confirm, is it the wrong solution to the right problem?

What's your opinion about this?

I’m not sure if this is related to system incompatibility since you are already using Macintosh operating system which is shown in the image you posted. Adobe Flex works on Windows XP Professional [Service Pack 2 and Service Pack 3], Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 7 32-bit, Macintosh OS X 10.5.6 up to 10.6, Ubuntu 9.10, and Fedora Core 12. It also requires Adobe Flash Player 11, Adobe AIR 3, and Java Virtual Machine 32-bit [IBM JRE 1.5, IBM JRE 1.6, Sun JRE 1.5, or Sun JRE 1.6].

Since your operating system is supported by this program, maybe you haven’t installed yet some of its supporting applications listed above. Try installing them on your computer if you haven’t done it yet to make the program work. To know more about the software, you may visit Adobe — Flex.
