Need help in reverse ping command windows

I have just set up my first home network.  I want to ping an IP address to know if it communicates to the network properly.  Can someone teach or show me the reverse ping command windows?  I'm on Windows 7 64 bit.  Thanks.

Hi,

The Ping Command in the command prompt or in the CMD is very easy, just type “ PING (the IP of the PC or the Name of the PC) “ and also here are some commands that you can use in the network just follow this link http://windowscommandprompt.blogspot.in/2007/12/network-tricks-intermediate.html
