A little query about CDR for VoIP

Hey there.

I am new to VoIP and VoIP Ms. Only a few days ago did I purchase a PAP2T and got setup with VoIP. Ms. I just have a quick question here for you guys: Is it possible to see the caller ID of the destination number of outgoing calls on my CDR for VoIP page? I can see the caller ID on inbound calls. However, for outbound calls, I only see the numbers dialed and not the caller ID…even though most of the numbers dialed to are in the phone book on the website.

Hi Eckel Andrea,

In order to display the caller id for the outbound calls the user must have configure there DID in the following way mentioned below.

You need to provide the Caller Id and the display name: enter your DID digits in the User ID field, allowing pap2 to receive inbound sip invite from flowroute for your DID, and outbound calls will show you’re DID for Caller ID. Please refer to the image attached for more details.
