These problem is because of the following reasons.

  • either you have fatal system error.which cause system to stop
  • either you have enable the automatic restart option

To solve the problem you have do the following steps.

  • you have to edit the registry. but make recovery of the registry before you modify.
  • Install new window to another folder.
  • Run Regedt.exe and then go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE key.
  • Now in main menu the registry. click on the Load Hive. open file in new installation
  • enter a  name. this will load the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
  • Now modify option of auto restart to 0.
  • Now unload the Hive

this will disable the auto restart option and you will never face this problem again.
