I got encounter a Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) message.

Last week my sister activate the automatic update on and My computer got encounter a Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) problem. I tried to fix with system restore also. My bad luck It does not make any change to it.

How can I get rid of this?

I got encounter a Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) message.

Please try to avoid the pirated versions of windows. Now the solution for this is to install the new genuine version either by purchasing from the Windows online store or you can get the any shared or leased versions of Windows.

Try to get the shared version and install the operating system if you have the genuine master key for the product then it will be best choice to get installed and will never be caught.

You can go to the official Microsoft website and  download the genuine version of windows.

Or reach your nearest Microsoft service center and get the latest genuine version of windows.

I got encounter a Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) message.

Hi there,

 The problem is that your computer had downloaded the windows anti-piracy program called Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA), which was developed by Microsoft. WGA notifies you, when your computer had failed to pass the validation test.

The most possible reason will be that your are running a non-genuine/ pirated version of windows. The failed validation mainly shows 3 changes in your computer.

      1) Changes in log in screen

      2)  WGA desktop notification & black screen background

      3) Disabled windows updates

There are so many solutions out there and the most simplest  way to cure this problem is to download the attached text  file and rename it to " Licence To Your Windows.reg" without quotes. Now the text file will become a registry file. Double click on the file and click yes. Now your windows os will become genuine and all the problem related to WGA will be gone.
