Every time I try to download files in the internet, an error pop ups which says that I need to reinstall missing Its.dll/1ts.dll (not sure if it was an “I” or “1”). And also, when I visit Yahoo, it keeps asking me to delete cookies which I don’t know how to do. So, I would like to ask anyone how to do this “delete cookies” thing. Any of you knows how to? Thanks in advance.

Hello

Almost all the sites store cookies in your computer. You can delete cookies from your browser.

If you are using Firefox  then there is a solution:

1. Click Firefox. Then go to options

2. Go to Privacy

3. Click remove individual cookies

4. Select yahoo.com

5. Click remove cookies

If you are using Google Chrome then here is a solution:

1. Click the wrench icon.

2. Select options

3. Go to under the hood and select Content Settings

4. Click All cookies and site data

5. Search yahoo.com and select it.

6. Then click the cross icon on the right side.

If you are using Internet Explorer then here is a solution:

1. Go to Internet Options

2. In the General tab click “Delete…” in the Browsing history.

You can also download this cleaning software Ccleaner.

It will help you delete cookies from all browsers.

Hi Jennifer,

It is very simple to delete cookies and other third party application on yahoo. It is really important to delete them to be able to ensure safe and security of your computer. If you are using internet explorer as a browser, just go to Tools Menus and drop down to the Internet Options. When you are already on the internet option you will see a menu which tells you to delete all browsing history. Click delete browsing history and you will see all the files that you want to delete like cookies, form data , internet files and many more. Make sure that you have checked the box of the file that you want to delete. I hope that this solution will help you fix your problem. Have a good day!
