How to create a stamp with image Mac?

Hi,

Creating an album on a Mac desktop using stamps is very easy, it can be done using iPhoto. To make an album of a stamp collection will require importing an image of each stamp using a scanner. iPhoto gives you the option of printing your own album, or ordering an Apple made photo booklet that can be customized to your liking. When scanning a stamp, remove any excess paper or material from the outside edge to get a clean image.

Steps to be followed as follows:

  1. Place a single stamp onto your scanner and open the software used to scan an object. Scan the object. If given the option, save it as a "jpg" file.
  2. Drag the "jpg" file onto the "iPhoto" icon in the dock.
  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for any stamps you wish to include in the album.
  4. Open "iPhoto" by clicking on the icon in the dock.
  5. Click on "Photos" in the left-hand column.
  6. Highlight the stamps to include in the album. To select multiple objects, hold the "command" button while clicking.
  7. Click the "Print" icon in the lower right-hand side of the screen. Choose the paper size and print size that will apply for this album.
  8. Click "Customize."
  9. Select "Layout" at the bottom of the screen to choose how many stamps to display on a single page.
  10. Choose "Print" once the customizations have been finished.
