I just tried to install Twhirl on my iMac running 10.5.3 and got this error: "The application could not be installed because the AIR file is damaged. Try obtaining a new AIR file from the application author.”
Has anyone found a way to get around or fix this?

To resolve the issue that you are getting during the installation of the Twirl on your Mac PC, you will need to try the following workarounds:
Method 1

Try pasting the .AIR installer file of the Application into the following folder: "C: Program Files/Adobe".

After that you will need to run from there and see if it will be able to work.

That is just a quirky bug that has a fairly primitive solution but it works.
Method 2

Try uninstalling AIR completely,

And then after that clean the files in the registry.

You can go to the Install/Uninstall programs in the control panel and try to uninstall from there.
