How can I view the song iTunes bpm? I would like to see all the possible details of my iTunes downloaded songs such as beat per minute, song length, song file format and etc. I need a step by step process instruction to view the details properly.

For this you can use some automated software that will extract & display all possible details of many songs at a time in few seconds. But yes that needs to be purchased.
So let's go by classical method which is very easy to use.
STEP – I
Select the song you wish to know the information like BPM, song length, file format etc.
STEP – 2
Right click on the song.
STEP – 3
Select 'Get Info' from the pop up window menu list.
STEP – 4
From the various tabs you can see BPM, Artist Name, File format etc.
