Hello friends,

How to recover a corrupt msg files ntfs storage? My business partner is having a problem with a corrupted file in his ntfs storage, he asked me to help him regarding the corrupted file so I came here in techyv to get some solution. We need some help or any recovery tool that might save those files.

Hi Kristen,

                There are a lot of solution you can try to resolve this issue:

  1. Run a chkdsk on the ntfs media, this will check the integrity of your HDD and repairs any corrupted sectors thus, saves the corrupted files.
  2. Use TestDisk software, this can recover and repair the filesystem on your NTFS media. It will explore the disk and you can even set it to repair bad sectors manually.
