I have been trying to lengthily use an online television service using my laptop that has a Windows 7 operating system. The running of the program itself is very problematic because it requires that I eject external equipment attached to my laptop. When the program finally verifies the device I am using, I will need to renew my registration every time I sign in. Please help me on what I need to do so that I can enjoy a hassle-free quality time with my online subscription. Thank you.

Hi Richies,

To solve your problem regarding renewing your registration everytime you sign in, you must do the following steps:

  1. Go to START UP menu and select RUN and hit the keys cmd.
  2. Look for ipconfig and click enter.  After this you can also type iconfig/renew
  3. Reset your IP address .
  4. Configured  your setting by changing your IP address
  5. You can also change and configure your address too.

Hope this might help you

Thanks

What kind of online television service do you have? Are you running the latest version of the software in your machine? If not, please download the latest version and have your copy updated to the latest version. Newer versions usually have bug fixes which may address your concern. What external equipment are you referring to? Have you checked your online television service's system requirements? Perhaps it is really bound to be incompatible with some other devices on the computer? If it is, then you really have to disconnect the device from your machine. Otherwise, you might also want to check other online television service out.
