I got an android phone that has the Muve Music feature. And definitely I got the $65 plan. It was working before but since yesterday, I got an error: "Service required- we're sorry, your Muve Music service is not currently active.

Please call customer support to change plans or to reinstate your service." I called customer service and they just asked me to take out the battery of the phone and it is still doing the same thing.

What should I do now?

Just try following what the customer service has advised you to do on your phone. If you already have tried doing it, try doing it again. Turn off your phone, open its back cover, and then remove its battery from the compartment. Keep it disconnected for, let’s say, a couple of minutes, before you replace it again. This step will discharge the phone from all stored charges that came from the battery. This will completely drain the phone from all possible charges.

You may now replace the battery after leaving it disconnected for a couple of minutes and then try using again the Muve Music feature of your phone. If you are already using it before I’m sure it will work again since the customer service assures you that there is nothing wrong with the service you are subscribed to. If it still doesn’t work, maybe try it again after a couple of days. Or you may also try checking some of the settings in your phone that you might have accidentally set incorrectly and you should also check the configuration of the Muve Music.

Hello Alex,

To resolve that issue, you will need to do the following:

  • First, you will need to choose quick press of the camera button then select reboot.
  • That will get rid of all data from your drive.

  • In order to reset your zte muve music from cricket, you will need to follow the instruction to factory-reset Cricket ZTE X500 Score MUVE Music Android phone that you will find online.
  • You will need to make sure the phone is powered off before you follow the instructions.
