Facing burning problem with Power2Go

Hello,

I am having a burning problem using Power2Go and giving me the following error “No burner is currently available OR you don’t have rights to access the burner”. I am looking for an expert’s advice to fix this issue. Any idea would be greatly appreciated.

  1. First, try to uninstall all other burning software to avoid conflicts and try again.
  2. If it does not work then go to Device Manager (press Start button from  your keyboard, type “device” and then click “Device Manager”), double click on “DVD/CD-ROM drives” then right click on the name of your optical drive, choose  Uninstall and press OK to confirm. Restart your computer and try again. If that’s not work, maybe your drive dead.
