I installed Creation 2012. When I opened it, I got an error “Content Creator Crashed” and my DVD stopped working. When I tried to repair it, it still failed.

I got an error in the log that describes “Faulting application name: VideoWave13.exe, version: 13.3.6.22, time stamp: 0x4e2467ec” with exception code of 0xc0000005.

How can I correct this?

Hello Emmon cabrera.

I have read your problem. Try following the steps below. You first need to perform windows update. Follow this link.

Once you are on this page, click the custom button. Make sure that all your components are updated. Then update the video card drivers.

This will enable the product to run at the best performance. Also update both Directx and Microsoft media player. Like your video card drivers, also update your audio drivers. Then update your burner’s firmware. Now restart your computer and try again opening this software.

I hope your problem will be solved by the end of this.
