Generic application error in Tale Worlds

I got an error on playing Tale Worlds on Diplomacy mod. What does the error means? How can I fix this?

"Generic application error. Enable debug output for detailed information. Switching to the reference rasterizer, a software device that implements the entire Direct3D feature set, but runs slowly."

Generic application error in Tale Worlds

Hello Chase calderon.

I have read your problem. This usually happens whenever video card drivers are not installed. To check whether these drivers are installed or not, go to start button, open Run. Then type dxdiag. Select the display option. At the bottom of that window, there’s a sub-window called Notes. If its written “No drivers found” or anything else which is not “No problems found” then the drivers are missing. You need to download the drivers for your machine which are compatible with the operating system that you are using. You then need to install, restart your computer and try again watching.
