Hello everyone,

I was trying to install Quest Recovery Manager Version 7 on my laptop having windows 7 (64-bit) installed. I received an error “An error occurred while installing system components for Quest Recovery Manager for Active Directory (x64). Setup cannot continue until all system components have been successfully installed."

I need your expertise on this issue, kindly resolve it.

Dear Merrill,

As you mentioned you are receiving an error message while installing Quest Manager Version on your laptop. You are using windows 7 (64-bit) which is not compatible because as far as I know Recovery Manager for Active Directory was released before windows 7. To resolve the issue you need to upgrade the current version of your copy of Recover Manager for AD then try to install the software again.
