Hi TechyV buddies!

I am using Mac OS 10.6.8 with several browsers. My problem is, almost all of my browsers are not working except my safari. I thought that firefox has some problems but after knowing that other browsers are also having some issue I presumed that it is my network connection or my OS.

Can anyone help please? I have images of the errors that I have encountered. Thank you!

Hello Sabrina,

If at most all browsers on your system are having issues as you have indicated in the screenshots, it is most probably that your computer has got display issues that you will need to fix. Here is how you will do it:

  • Locate My Computer or Computer on the desktop and the right click on it, and then click on properties.
  • Next click on Device Manager.
  • In the window that will open, locate the Display Adapters, expand the tab and then right click the display drivers.
  • Choose update, and then update the drivers online. Note that you will need to be connected to the internet for this to work. Latest packages of the display drivers will be downloaded and installed, and that should fix the issue.
