Fixing problem of occurred error in MSVCRT.dll file

I am facing with lots of problems related to applications which I usually use MS office and specially the Access since spring, when I was working on my database work with my XP Pro machine. I asked a developer and they suggested me that the problem is related to an error fileMSVCRT.dll.

It can be solved by handling the C++ code and by running regsvr32.exe where the excess copies have to be just removed or re-registered. But when I tried to do that, I got the following error message: ” msvcrt.dll was loaded but the D LL Register Server entry point was not found. The file can’t be registered. ” How am I going to fix it? Please give me some solutions or ways on how to fix it.

Thank you.

DLL files are files which once crashed it goes beyond repair, always when such cases of dll related issues comes, please make sure to download the DLL files from websites and try replacing it with the broken DLL, it always worked for me.

Make sure you clean your temp folder,

Go to start click run (or use win key + r for shortcuts) now type %temp% and delete all the contents in it first, If you can't delete any file means just ignore those. Don't worry about that. This is done to delete any temporary configuration file or dll files created by your MS office, BEFORE doing all those please QUIT your MS office applications.

Now download this file http://download.game155.com/english/msvcrt.dll.html

Unzip it and then copy paste the dll file to the respective folders and restart your PC to restart MS office processes and services.

Hope that solves your case.

If you encounter an error with the “msvcrt.dll” file, it is related to Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. If you have this installed on your computer, try to uninstall and reinstall. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it. Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller then select Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process.

When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, close Revo Uninstaller then install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable back. If you have more than one version installed, uninstall and reinstall each version. If the problem continues, uninstall and reinstall the affected program.

Try also downloading Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015.
