To set a group screen lock screen

Step 1: Open Group Policy Object Console by typing “gpedit.msc” in Run.

Step 2: Select “User Configuration  Administrative Templates  Control Panel  Display  Personalization

Step 3: Change the value of Force Specific Screen Saver to “rundll32 user32.dll, LockWorkStation”

So it will lock the desktop whenever the specified time is reached.
