I am using Unisphere Service Manager and this is the error I received when I was using the installation wizard. I have followed all the instructions on how to proceed, but that never solved it.
Error: Configuring Control Station
Brief Description: Insufficient permission to run CLI command.
Full Description: The user doesn't have CLI permission on Control Station.
Message ID: 15569322006
Recommended Verify that the user has been granted permission to access the Control Station.
1) Open Unisphere and log on as Administrator.
2) Select the system in the drop-down system menu, navigate to Settings > Security > User Management
> User Customization for File, and then highlight the user.
3) After highlighting the user account, select Properties, then locate the Client Access section near the
bottom, check CLI Access allowed box, and click Apply or OK.
4) Return to USM, log out, and retry.

Thanks in advance.
Error with installation wizard while using Unisphere Service Manager
The error is most likely to be as a result of a problem with the Unisphere Service Manager that you are trying to install. It could be that:
The installer is corrupt. In that you will just need to get another Unisphere Service Manager installer and use. If download it, make sure that the site you are downloading it from is a trusted site.
You can as well try running a registry cleaning application on your system just in case there are broken registry entries on your computer associated with the file. The application I will recommend is CCleaner and you can find it for free online.
Hope this helps.
