Help,

I am having a problem opening a ZBrush file. I am not sure if the file suddenly just got corrupt or something.

Here's the error's screenshot:

File Error

Error has been encountered while trying to load a Toot Loading has been aborted.

Does anybody know why I got the error or how I can fix/recover my file?

You need to optimize your operating system even though you didn’t specify the type of operating system in this case. You will be forced to shut down all the running programs at the time you are loading the Zbrush file. Another alternative is to send the file to a friend using a 64 bit O.S with higher RAM than yours and then load the file from his/her computer. However, at long last you will need to email them via the provided email address. Success.
