Error with Episode in Mac

I have my Mac and Windows PC connected to the same network and both have the latest version of Episode installed on them. I am able to see, submit and encode clusters using Episode on Windows PC. But on Mac, I am able to see it, but other processes end by with an error. All other systems in the network are working fine. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it with no help. What can be done?

Error with Episode in Mac

There are two possibilities for your problem.

1. Your mac is not supporting the latest version.

2. Something is causing the software to come up with cluster mode.

So you either try to uninstall your latest version and install the older version of episode or if you don't want to use the older version. Then scan your mac and uninstall that software on mac. After installing again your problem will be solve. But if again you will be facing the same problem then, you should have to change the version. Install that version in your computer as well as the mac. Because the change of version between both computer and pc can also create some problem. So change this in both.
