I got a blue screen "bad_pool_caller" error and the computer shuts down on streaming a video. I have done this without any problem before. What may be causing the issue? I have run CCleaner, Malwarebytes and even tried restoring the computer without any luck so please help. I am running Windows XP Professional.

Hi Joey!

It may be due to driver conflict that's why you are getting that error. Try to update your drivers. If you have installed new drivers, be sure they are all updated and compatible to your system. Or it may be due to a buggy software.

Try to check your Device Manager. Right click My Computer – Properties – Hardware – Device Manager and look for all the yellow question marks(If there are any)- this means they are causing the problem.

Also try to do this in cmd, type 'sigverif.exe'. If there are any drivers in the list that are unsigned, quickly disregard those.

Hope this helps!
