Error in Dual Booting Ubuntu with Win 7 using Wubi

I would like to set up and install Ubuntu and then dual boot it with Windows 7 until I become comfortable using it. I am using the Windows Installer Wubi for the process,and I am installing it on a 30GB partition in drive C. But I am receiving an error. I have tried all the possible solutions that are available in the internet, but nothing helps. The screenshots of the error are shown below:

Good Day,

i still cannot understand the error you shown there but will try and run you through the steps. on running wubi,

you should first:

1. select install inside windows option

2. on the next screen choose your installation drive, language, try choosing a smaller size, and then your desktop environment

3. choose install and let the process run

now this is done knowing you already have the cd to run the program installation, if you do not have the cd and you downloaded the wubi.exe installer then you should try "kubuntu" option when you reach to the section on choosing your installation drive etc.

make sure there is no other cd in the rom drives since i am seeing a memtest program running

providing a little more information would be good
