I am using Cisco ICM 4. 6. x. When I am trying to install a service release on the peripheral gateway it's showing the following error message.

Why is that happening?

Hi,

Look at the figure 2 & 3 and follow the instructions:

Delete CustomerNumber registry key value.

After completing the path correctly do the following:
 

  • First Write down the key value.
  • Then Delete CustomerNumber registry key value.
  • Lastly Add the InstanceNumber registry key value (this value is always equal to the key value of CustomerNumber or Zero).

Have you implemented the procedure? If yes, your problem has been solved.
