Hello Stevenseven,

The I/O error in ImgBurn usually occurs due to lack of the Verbatim disk that is required. The following steps will help you fix this error with the using the Verbatim disk.

  • First, you will have to restart your computer.
  • And then you will open up Task Manager.
  • And then you will go to Processes.
  • After that close all unnecessary programs by selecting the program and then clicking on End Process.
  • Next you will run the ImgBurn without closing the task manager.
  • After that insert disk.
  • Go to the Task Manager Process tab and then right click on ImgBurn.
  • Set Priority to High, and then close Task Manager.
  • You can start burning now.

Regards,

Carl
