Error 32010 when installing vCenter Server 5.1

Hi,

I downloaded vCenter Server 5.1 and try installing it. It was an attempt to try and run fewer servers to save on costs using the VMware vCenter. During the installation process the error below occurred. It says there are several reasons for the failure so can anyone break them down so that I can understand? 

Error 32010.Failed to create database users. There can be several reasons for this failure. For more information, see the vmMSSQL.Cmd.log file in the system temporary folder.
