When trying to start video effects I encountered an error 0x80040606. And also, the captured display is presented through black and white images and most of the time it flashed with precise color image. I already tried to disable DirectDraw with dxdiag.exe. As of now, I also tried to uninstall and reinstall for quite some times already. Any ideas about this that will help me fix the issue please let me know. Thanks.

I have found a solution for your problems please follow the steps below for it will work.
Disconnect the Camera from the USB port and uninstall the program and install it again (don’t connect the camera when installing the program)
When the software asks you to connect the camera to the USB port, this will be the time you will connect the camera to your USB port.
The use the camera now for surfing without the errors.
Or if still not working try
You must have a registry cleaner and update your antivirus and have it run a full system scan and also update your operating system
