I understand that  you would like a software that can copy contents of a website upon providing the URL. This is challenging because as at now there is no software in the market that can do this kind of work. This is because the websites reside on servers. So if a software has to copy, then it has to access the server. This is not feasible because of security  and integrity issues. However, you can go to the website you would like to copy data from and click on the file menu, then select Save Page As. The page will be downloaded. In case you want the data for purposes of reference then this is what you should do on all pages. But in this case your webpage will remain the same even when the website data changes. Another way is to bookmark the page and visit it whenever you want.
