I want to convert youtube videos into audio files. What program can be used to achieve this task and also can I be proposed one which undertakes batch works? Also, I want to know if the quality of the audio will be affected. Given that transcoding video into audio files pose any copy write issue?

You can download YouTube videos and convert them into audio by using many converters, But if you want to download the file directly as mp3.You can use this website.So, click here.You just copy the link from YouTube that you want in mp3 and paste into the box and click download MP3.It takes little time to convert your video in Mp3.After that your download is ready. It will not affect your audio.
