You can’t go to bios settings from your desktop. It must be done when you power up your pc. Once you’ve gone to the bios settings you can change date and time of your pc from bios. Bios is the first software which your computer loads for you when you power it up. It prepares your pc for you so that you can work with it smoothly. So changes of bios time also effects on your pc. Your pc’s time will be also changed when bios time is changed.
