Even if I have the latest version of my video card I still have this error about the update. I don’t know why the updates are not recognized. The updates are downloaded from the official website of my video card. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ? What could be the problem ?

BlueStacks installation failed because of graphics card
Hello,
Bluestacks does a great job making Android apps available on Windows PC. But you’re out of luck that you’re unable to install such a great software on your PC.
In order to fix this issue, first of all, you have to update your graphics card driver. It is very important because Android isn’t built on Windows system. It uses OpenGL for rendering visual utility and other tasks. Download driver according to your graphics card, for example, ATI, NVidia, Intel etc.
Also, download and install the latest DirectX. It is also important as a graphics driver. Download DirectX.
If you’re using laptop, then plug-in to the direct power supply as graphics cards demand high power supply for working.
If no luck, you can use this technique as the last medicine.
If you’re still facing problem, your graphics card needs to be changed.
