I have installed Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 on my Windows 10 Operating System but I got an error message preparing a graphics project. I tried hard to demolish this problem but couldn’t get any success. How can I fix this issue? I hope you may help in better ways. Thanks for your cooperation.

If you received this message after running Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, check your system specifications if you meet the necessary requirements. For Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, it requires Intel Core 2 or AMD Athlon 64 2 GHz processor or faster, at least 2 GB RAM, 2 GB free hard drive space, 1024 x 768 screen resolution, graphics adapter with OpenGL 2.0 support, and internet connection for registration and product activation.
It supports Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. If you verify that your system is compatible, try restarting your computer and launch Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 again. See if this works. If it doesn’t, try re-installing Adobe Photoshop CC 2015. Click Start, Control Panel, and then “Add or Remove Programs”. Scroll down on the list and select Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.
Click Uninstall or Remove and then restart your computer if required. Re-install Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 then see if it works. For OS X users, Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 supports OS X 10.9 Mavericks, 10.10 Yosemite, and 10.11 El Capitan. If the problem continues, try installing the latest patch.
