If your Google Chrome is unable to find or access certain web sites there may be a problem with the browser itself or in your operating system. Try uninstalling your Google Chrome and then check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like PC Tools Performance Toolkit. After checking your hard drive, install again Google Chrome. This will fix any corrupted files in the installation and will restore its settings back to default.

Try using it again after the installation and see if you can now browse some web sites. If you are not using the latest version of Google Chrome, visit and download it at https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/?hl=en. It’s fully compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.
