I am unable to zoom in with my Mozilla Firefox. It is not working with the auto keys or manual method. It is as if the function is disabled somehow. I need to zoom in for my visual convenience and I am really having some trouble. Kindly someone help me with this issue.

Try this one method.
Hold Ctrl key. > scroll the mouse wheel.
Mouse wheel is in the middle of right click and left click.

Zooming is usually done by holding the CTRL button of the keyboard and rolling the mouse wheel upward. But if your Mozilla Firefox is not working this way or maybe showing a different behavior, there is probably something wrong with the web browser you are using. Try reinstalling the web browser to remove any corrupted files in its installation.
Uninstall Mozilla Firefox then restart your machine when asked. After booting, check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system.
