3ds max 2013 error

Hello,

I've recently downloaded the trial version of 3ds max 2013 64 bit as i just wanted to learn some basics. I tried installing 3ds max 2013 64 bit many times but failed each time I get this report in the image.

I've logged in as an administrator, tried changing permission on regedit (I failed changing permission even in admin mode). I've uninstalled antivirus and disabled firewall, even tried in setup mode.
My system specs: Dell optiplex390, windows 7 professional 64 bit SP 1, with latest drivers and runtime (.net,directx etc..) installed.
I am completely newbie for 3ds max but have been using open source software for couple of years and never faced any problem while working on them. Someone please help me, I've attached screen shot and error report.

Hi!

Here is the list of steps in order to correctly install Autodesk 3ds Max 2013:

1. Firstly, you should check whether your computer capable of supporting this 3ds Max and must make sure that your username has Administrator permission.

2. Then, close all other running applications or softwares.

3. You must use valid ASCII characters whenever use the installation path.

4. The installation of this software is very similar to other softwares.

5. But, you can select either Typical type of installation or Custom installation type.

6. Finally, you will be able to run your 3ds Max. There will be an option for you to activate the product.

7. In order for you to activate it, you must connect your computer with internet connection.
