How do I run wmv file on PC with vbscript?  I would like to create a wmv playlist in the script then have it automatically shut down the PC when it completes.  My desktop runs on Windows XP 64 bit.  Thanks in advance.

Can someone help me please?

I have installed the latest version of Irfanview on my PC.

When I try to copy an image, I got an error message saying that

D:\My Documents\Pbits\obit2.bmp: Can’t read file header!

Unknown file format or file not found!

(For Unicode file names please activate the Unicode Plugin in ‘Properties->Language’)

I have checked the Plugin properties and it is checked to load when Irfanview starts up.

Am I missing something?

I am running Windows 7 and I tried installing Premier Element 10 but got the error message below. I tried a number of things including using safe mode, running it through msconfig without extra service, reinstalling .NET Framework bit I was not successful in changing the registry keys and I still have the same error. I have a pdf e-book and I couldn't open it with my adobe reader. I searched net and found that nowadays some pdf files are created with special protected format and read only (locked). Please explain this and tell me how to unlock pdf digital edition and enable editing?

My co-worker sent a pdf file to my email. It has sensitive information about the company that's why he protected the file with password. He gave me the password since the two of us are in charge of the task. I cannot open the pdf file since I don’t know how to put the password in an Adobe Digital Edition file.
