My Windows XP 64 bit was recently attacked by a Win32 Trojan Virus so I had to reformat my desktop.  I have used the command line to extract and repair archive formats. I have now upgraded to a Windows 8 OS.  My problem now is I can't use the command line to Easy Extract in Windows 8.  Do I have to install other softwares for this?
