This software should also be able to adjust my fan speed in order to cool my cpu according to the level of usage that it is undergoing.

I would like help with coming up with a proper usable data backup plan, that can be applied in real life for safety and recovery activities. The plan should have guidelines o how backups should be created, identified and kept safe at an offsite location. It should also provide guidelines on the steps to take in case of data loss and how recovery will take place.
