“Zune Software Error — C00D11CD (C10100DC)” How do I fix it?

Hello everybody,

I am getting the following error as I try to download a movie which I purchased from the Zune marketplace.

"Zune Software Error — C00D11CD (C10100DC)"

I signed out and signed in several times and got the license to update but still the problem occurs.

I want to watch the content I have purchased to no luck yet. So I am waiting for your help on this.

Hello Douglas, Thanks for your question and sharing, Its the problem of your  zone software as i known you purchase a movie and following error showing follow the step,

you need to uninstall your software and then install it again for the solution go to the site and install it again and then you can fixed you problem. If you have no exe file for download and also more information go to the site
