How to fix Error code -17900 and OCF12 on Outlook for Mac?

I have this trouble making me mad here.

I have several email accounts and all of the settings are correct as given by yahoo small biz tech support. I am using Outlook and it is giving me the error given below and it tells me to enter username and password again.


The server for account "xxxxx" returned the error "[UNAVAILABLE] LOGIN failure. Server error–please try again after some time. Error code OCF12." Your username/password or security settings may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your password?"

I am appreciating any help from you. I read another post said to use before name and domain. It too did not work on me.

Well, you have to check whether your account is already deleted from the system. You may have to contact the server admin or the email service provider. 

If the account has not being deleted or suspended, you can request them to reset the password and other data. Once it is done, you will be able to overcome this situation.

However, please check whether you can connect using a different PC as this error could happen due to some virus or malware act too.
