Hi,

I am running Ubuntu and I installed Zimbra Desktop 7.1.2. I created a work folder but I could find it anywhere. When I recreate it an error pops up as shown below. Where could this folder be located because I really can’t find and I closed and reopened the application to no avail?

The error is generated mainly due to a bug in Zimbra Desktop 7.1.2
 
To get around this problem, you need to create folder with another name such as Contacts-Phone folder during import process and you can see the folder is created and is visible. You can import contact information into this folder. Zimbra Desktop 7.1.2 has few bugs and you may see 0 contacts when you hover mouse over the folder. But when you click on the folder you can see the contacts you imported.
