Yahoo messenger contact can’t be deleted

Hi, I was trying to delete some of the contacts from my yahoo messenger. But after deleting the contacts when I again logged in to my account I found the contacts reappeared and I got an error message with ERROR 50302. I retried the process few times but the same thing happened. Please provide me with some useful tips. Thanks.

Hi,

This is a common issue that is common in Yahoo Messenger. There is an advance solution for that. In a windows computer, go to Start Menu->Run. Type ‘regedit’ and press enter key. The windows registry editor will pop up. Navigate on the folder like icons revealing the sub-trees. Start from HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareyahoopager. See the image below for more details. Create a string property on the  right pane as indicated below. Name it ‘ConnServer’. Double click on it to input the value. The servers you could input as the string value are:

cs5.msg.dcn.yahoo.com

 cs60.msg.dcn.yahoo.com.
